I’m Drew, and I understand the challenges faced by gay, bisexual and transgender men as they take control of their fitness. The gym can feel like a scary place for a beginner, and more so for queer people. If you’ve found your way here, it’s likely you’re both of these. Hi!
I will help you navigate your trials and triumphs as you empower yourself with the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition. I’ll show you what you need to do and, more importantly, what you don’t need to waste your time with. We’ll start at your level, and turn your goals into achievements, with pride and passion!

What do I get if I sign up for online coaching?
A gym plan
Nobody, and no body, is the same, but there’s some things we can all do to kickstart our fitness. I’ll show you the most efficient way to make progress in the gym as a beginner, and beyond. We’ll talk about what you love, what you hate, your capabilities, your schedule, and the gym equipment available to you, and we’ll agree a plan that will guarantee results and set you on your way to achieving your goals.
Simple, streamlined nutrition
Food can be a complicated subject for many people, and how we eat is deeply personal. I will give a clear idea how many calories you should be eating to work towards your goals, broken down by macros. Don’t know what this means? I’ll tell you! We’ll keep it simple, and it’ll be flexible enough to fit your dietary requirements and preferences. You won’t have to give up the things you love, and you won’t have to eat anything you hate.
Accountability
With weekly check-ins we’ll make sure you’re on course. These can be done by phone, by WhatsApp, or by email – whatever you’re comfortable with. We’ll assess your progress, celebrate your achievements and discuss where progress and improvements can be made, with adjustments to your plan as necessary.
